Department of labour not HELPING

We as a company have been waiting for very very long now to get our Letter Of Good standing done correctly we changed our nature of business but we have spoken to 3 or 4 different people a Mr Madiega, Miss Farzana, Mr Soupen, Mphapha, So we have no idea what to do anymore its like hitting a brick wall and as soon as we passed the brick wall we hit 5 more.

I honestly hope someone in the correct department see this and can assist us in getting this sorted and sorted correctly
