No Voice for uif claimants

My Husband is unemployed and he submitted a claim in November 2024 after numerous calls and he went to Bellville branch only to find out he's claim was never processed. Their excuse some one didn't do their job. And stories that they escalate it but no response at all, complaints falls on deaf ears the Uif department just dont care.
