Maternity UIF

I've been on Maternity for 3 months and very close to 4 months going back to work at the end of June. I submitted my documents in April online (which is supposed to be more convenient.) and have not received any feedback or payment. Everytime I call, it's just been escalated, I logged a complaint, no feedback, I requested a team leader, no call was made. This is pathetic. There are other females out there with no support and might be going through this too. Babies need things and this is just bad.
