Wrongful conviction and abuse.

This has been heavy on my heart for the past almost 11 years.

I was found guilty of a crime I did not commit and today I'm struggling to find employment because of that. I have proof of being declined as a result of the ******** record and was wondering how to open a case against the state for pain and suffering as well as wrongful conviction?

My biggest worry is my 3 children because I am in a position where I won't be able to provide for them very soon.

I need help.
