we can't relay on Justice for assistance

I have app**** for child maintenance with the court. My request was granted but I am struggle to get the money every now and again from the Justice dpt as they transfer it into my account. I was using the FNB account they stayed 3 months not transferring the money, the account ended up being closed by the bank for not being used for 3 months. I went there to update the new banking details. ever since everyday when I call they say money has been transfer but I never get the money. now we are approaching the 4 month with out the child's money. How do they think my child is surviving during those months, I have turned to them but they end up add stress into my life. Manager of the court is not even interested into listing into my issues said the clerks will assist. I took time off work to resolve this, its still not done. I call everyday, they keep making empty promises on transferring the money to me but I don't get it. My bank account is active they have prove of that. Is the clerk taking our children support money for their personal gain or what?
