Very poor service Master of the Court - George

It is so sad to loose a loved one and trying to cope with all the trauma. I would imagine that a document like an letter to appoint the executor of the estate will be quick and THAT department will be efficient in delivering the service. After months and numerous enquiries still no joy at The Master of the court in George. Calling the ladies that work there is impossible as they are almost never available and don't answer their telephones. I have been waiting several months for the letter to appoint the executor of my late husbands estate but to no avail. I was told that the attorneys get preference as they spoil these ladies that with gifts and lunches. All I want is to be treated fairly and not wait months for a letter that can be issued quickly if the people is at work.
