<p>my Mother app**** for my deceased father's surplus money, at MBIF in Cape Town they told her that if my Father is deceased then this process has to go to the Master's Office and she was told that they would call her to confirm all the details Telephoniclly my mother had asked me if i could call them or get into contact with them i have emailed the following people</p> <p>SIZAKELE MBEWANA</p> <p>ABIGAIL JONES</p> <p>LYNETTE HOWELL</p> <p>NKOTSENG RAJOALE</p> <p>SIBULELE VUSANI</p> <p>ZAYAAN ISAACS</p> <p>Mr sizakele Mbewana then fowarded this matter to a Miss LYNETTE HOWELL i called Miss howell's direct line and i must say i was very disapointed with her service she asked me "i wonder what am idoing in this office"? i did not respond to her but i kept asking how could this woman asked me this, then i called Sizakele directly and told me he fowarded my query to he told me he could not remember who, and said that i should call him in 30minutes which is exactly what i did and then he failed to answer his phone numerous times, my mother is walking with her cellphone everywhere thinking that these people would call her but they never do my mother and i need progress and not Case numbers all the time, these people are emailing each other back and forth and they are going around in circles but no one gets to an actual point, i have given them my mother's cellphone number for them to call her, my mother is on shrt time half a year and needs this money, i feel they are idiots and they drag things too much this Lynette woman all she has done is give me a case number and after that it's a DEAD END!! no one helps the Master's office have people who dont know what the hell they are doing! all of them are uneducated people they should go for training all over again because all they are good at is giving people reference numbers we are so tired of this we are not rich people but we are Very Smart and we know our RIGHTS!! GET US PROGRESS PLEASE! MY MOM'S NUMBER IS ********** 897 WHICH I HAVE LEFT IN ABOUT 7 EMAILS IF NOT MORE GET YOUR ASSES IN GEAR PLEASE!!!!</p> <p> </p>
