Tyranny

I have been struggling to get this expunged for the last 2 years. First time offence 8 years ago. I had on me cbd not thc based ****. The officer pulled up after explaining what is, he proceeded to arrest me without reading my rights, My brother in law can vouch for that. That was a 17:00 drove from that time until 01:00 in the morning and processed me at another station which was not the one 10 mins from where I resided. I'm assuming to avoid my wife paying the normal fine without you being convicted. They intentionally did this. My wife can vouch for that. These guys below are fully aware of what transpired and sent me a case to refer to, to get it expunged. They dont have the evidence if they had they could have done a test to see it cbd based not tch. They didn't do a test so they arrested me on false evidence. You were supposed to be visited for checkups every two hours while they held you. They did it once. I would have told this all to the judge, however just before you have to go see him, they let a bunch of gangsters in to intimadte and rob you, when you get there all you can say is I won't do it again. They broke so many laws yet I did not break one, now this is my 4th promotion I lost. I thought these guys were lawyers https://www.********.co.za/contact-us but they are just ripping people off by submitting docs they can do themselves after 10 years. If i dont get this off i fear i might lose my job, the promotion is still up for grabs, however if i tell them they must wait two years it will not go well.

This is absolutely ridiculous, the first offence for a non narcotic, I thought I'm paying admittance of guilt and won't reflect on my record, else I would have swallowed my fear and spoken up at the time in court. I have two kids and my wife's pregnant at the moment, I have never been involved with the law since or anytime before that. My shoulder tends to give me issues so cbd oil relaxes it. Hi,

Everyone I go to is referring to this 10yr period, ive explained on numerous occasions the ******* procedures regarding this whole affair. The justice department blanket in essence, this is a tyranny. If everything they did from the get go was *******, how am I being held accountable for something that is not *******.

If I lose my job, I will make it a mission to let the world know of this ****, I have a strong following on bandlab as a musician. That will be my start and I will not stop, I will mention every name I dealt with including the president's office. You have this notion because I got arrested automatically. I'm a ********, I'm less of a ******** than this justice system. Hold people's lives for ransom on the basis of ******* activity. Not once did they mention this would be a ******** record, all they said was pay a fine. This plain and simple tyranny.
