THE SOUTH AFRICAN MAINTANANCE LAW HAS FAILED MY SON

Hi I'm Nonhlanhla Dladla 40years of age I'm from Soweto,I've filed for maintenance from 2014 it all started at Jo'burg family court,I transferred the file to Protea Magistrate Court in 2018 December While in the process the father of my child wasn't attending until he was garnished which was in April 2019.

While I was attending the original file went missing file number 25/12/2018,they made a duplicate file we continue attending on the 8th of August the final order was made of R1050 for my son by the advocate of the maintenance court,in September the money didn't come through unfortunately when I go to the court and ask they gave me the run around the judge told me he doesn't have answers for me,the gonna allow the father of my child to pay R350 for maintenance (WHAT IS R350 AND WHAT DOES IT BUY FOR CHILD WHO IS DOING MATRIC)
