The father of my child passed on in 2018 and I was called by Master Court in Kzn.On my arrival from Johannesburg I was told that the father of my had a car,gun and +-R40000 on his bank account.I was the told to write an Affidavit to nominate the deceased sister so that she can get a letter of authority for her to claim the money from the Standard bank.On my return from Johannesburg Ms Gugulethu and the Clerk of the Court Mr SM Mdlalose used to call me and convience me to write the Affidavit and sign the nominee form.After sending them papers I called the aunt to ask about my daughter shares.Miss Gugu swear at me and ignored my calls.I then sent Mr SM Mdlalose an email asking about the way forward.Till today I haven't received response from Mr Mdlalose.
