Rustenburg Court non-payment of bail refund

Since I have app**** for my bail refund on the 15th of August for bail refund at the Rustenburg Court. It's almost a month now without payment you enquire they tell you that the system used for payments is not working Nationally. You are them is there any alternatives for one to receive payments? You ask them their turnaround to pay refund. Yooo they are clueless all they know is that the system is not working. Can someone in this department intervene. Please I need that bail refund.
