Prosecutors are above the law to pay child maintanance

<p>Father of my son is a senior prosecutor of the court,who's not maintaining the his child of 7yrs.I went to the maintenance court last year Sept 2015,and they gave me a date for Dec 2015,they are postponing the date till now they keep on telling me they don't find the person who is (working with them),to give him a letter,when they call him he's shouting at them.please help</p>
