Poor service

I got divorce on the 9th September 2021,even now iam waiting for my degree of divorce, I went to collect they said they do from 8hoo to 12hoo Monday to Wednesday, the second week I went they said they offline is how long now,my lawyer went to collect they told him they off line,what a person should do in this state,?.iam thinking of my policy's because I should remove my spouse.
