POOR SERVICE DELIVERED

I struggle to get hold of this office and even after leaving numerous voice messages, no-one ever called me back.

I went to that office of the Master Cape Town to submit trust grievances and had consultation with Miss Tarryn Edwards. We agreed that she would forward my grievances to the two co-trustees for the trust by the name of Molapong Staff Share Trust - IT824/2011.

On the 15th May 2018, she emailed me correspondences from the employer and Trust Founder Mr Krijn Resoort. On the 16th May 2018 I immediately wrote another email notifying Miss T Edwards that I was not satisfied about the answers given.

She hardly rep**** to my emails thereafter, I would either get an Automated Reply that she was out of office. Things got out of the frying pan into the fire when Molapong Aquaculture Pty Ltd found out that I had opened a case against the employer that Mr Krijn Resoort strategically removed me and dismissed me on the 4th March 2019.

The last trust meeting was the AGM held on the 16th November 2018, where Mr Resoort appealed with me to resign because of the broken trust amongst the trustees, something which I refused to do.

I had tried to get hold of Tarryn Edwards telephonically with no luck and I am disappointed that she could not investigate my case until I am satisfied or it is resolved.
