2018 I have logged a maintenance order for my daughter. We were scheduled to appeared in front of maintance officer (m/o) on a specific date which we did. There was agreed amount for maintenance. I went to complain about non payments and (errears) in 2020. On the 7th of December 2020 warrant of arrest was issued. I constantly went and do my follow ups did a run around within the department. 7th of November 2022 I discovered that warrant of arrest (w/a) is sitting with unattended warrants in another dept I was fuming. Court manager of Phillipi Court manage to forward the w/a on the 8th of Nov 2022.At the beginning of Dec went to check for feedback they telecon lines not working a whole department of justice. I did my research the company that the father is working for is willing to accept the garnish order. I went to the court again and told them I need a magistrate to authorize a garnish order they saying procedure they have failed me for 2 sold years to do the procedures. What procedures 5 years trying to get maintance order to pass. Im frustrated with *********** of Justice and non delivery of service.
