Pathetic service

I'm totally disgusted. Every month I receive my maintenance late and get pennilties on debit orders running. I have been calling since the 8th October.. There lines are out of order. Even emailed on previous emails received. No answer or reply. Called police station across the street to no avail. I should have received it by the latest 9 th... And it's the 22nd October.. I even sent Twitter to doj. Gov.. No reply either

Please get someone to contact and correct my transaction

This is pathetic. Every month a different excuse.
