Outstanding maintainance monies

I app**** for child maintenance in 2008, I've been getting the money every month, things changed dramatically this year where I only received February money and nothing after that. I went to the office in Pietermaritzburg, fits I found them closed due to Corona positive cases. I phoned, they told me about the new system that they using which is giving them some challenges, that was in May. I phoned again ,they took down my details for varication and promised that money will be paid in 3 days. But till today no payment effected. I go there and stand in long unbearable queues. After a long hours of queuing, they close at 1 o'clock and send us back. Lot of other mothers are complaining about hunger and non payment of school fees, couldn't buy winter clothes for children and a lot of other things money is used for. Could you please help me investigate what is going in that department.
