. I have been paying maintenance through gunish order, last year June I received an email from my HR dept that maintenance money is bouncing back maybe recipient account is not active or changed. On the 11 May 2021 I went to STD bank ATM to withdraw money, to my surprise I did not receive money from ATM saying TECHNICAL Error. I went to the branch, they found out that my account was frozen with the > instruction letter from Queenstown maintenance court Ref no > *** and I court date is 11.06.2021, that was sent to the > bank but not to me and I was not aware, no supone or call informing me > about court date. > > Legal Wise called maintenance office in Queenstown to find out who is > the maintenance officer, they were told that Ms Mgudlwa is the > maintenance officer. They manage to call her and explained that it > shouldn't be court case and is not my fault that money bounces back., > she suggested that I must call her personally when LegalWise > consultant told her I have no funds how do I go to court and it is not > my fault that money was not recieved > > Worse part I have been trying to call maintenance officer in > Queenstown since last week she does not pick up the phone. My account > is frozen how do I go to court in Queenstown Eastern Cape, how do I go > to court without being formally informed or called, I cannot even buy > my chronic meds. Till to date I have no funds my debit orders received > no money. Please assist.
