Non existent service

I am very unhappy about the absence of service at the small claims court Rustenburg. A notification on the door reads that they only issue letters of demand on Mondays and Tuesdays between 8 am and 15 pm. It is now 8:41 Monday 12 March and the door is still locked. The public is not getting any assistance and non of the staff is willing to help. This is unacceptable. You are here to deliver a service to the public. Staff is ***********, rude and unhelpful.
