No Maintenance Payout!!!

I haven't received any maintenance payout since August even though I have a garnish order!!! And when calling the mitchells plain maintenance court finance department all I'm told is that they're offline no explanation with what's happening at all!

This is unacceptable we use the court for a reason and yet they can't seem to do their job!!!! If you're offline and unable to pay peoples maintenance how about informing people about the issue instead of just stating you're offline and unfortunately you have no idea when you will be back online what bull**** is that!
