no feedback regarding claim

Hope this email finds you well, I've been asking for feedback from the DOJ/ Guardians fund for the past 2 weeks, called numerous times to no response.( to be exact I called the Johannesburg Doj 28 times over 9 days, not even a single day was my call answered ) this is ***********, unexceptional and poor service delivery

I sent several emails only got feedback on 06/02/2018 from S Makhafola, when I responded back there was no response from him, I really feel I am taken for granted here for this is not even my claim but its for a minor child, a four year old who is awaiting for funds from his late fathers estate.

I was advised on the 6th of Feb that the Movit report was sent back to doj, I need to understand when was it sent and why has it not been sent back to the guardians fund. Th service i am getting from both departments is unacceptable, there has to be feedback/communication but there is none.

The 5th of February marked exactly 6 weeks since I have submitted my application

Can someone get back to me with feedback and may this matter be escalated to the relevant party please, as i need this claim to be processed as i was promised.
