NO FEEDBACK FOR 9 MONTHS

The estate was reported on 18 November 2014 and still no Letter of Executorship. Received no feedback and everytime the Master is contacted regarding feedback, I am told that I must speak to Ms. Matamo who is dealing with the matter.
