Master of the high court system/service is pathetic

To wait months for one document to be changed or approved is unacceptable. Why is your productivity so low? Why is your office in a chambels and documents cannot be found! Telephones is not getting answered. Why then have a phone? If you're not competent to give a service, give it to another institute that can deliver a service.
