Judgement and order against Standard Bank - delayed for 2years

I was granted an judgement and order at Cape Town, High Court against The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited, in regards to the bank obtaining a default judgement and writ of execution through an attorney at STBB, from the ******** Registrar on Sunday 16th March 2008, without the aforementioned parties having to file a motion to obtain judgement. The evidence is admitted as the proof is the aforementioned parties own admissions filed in the original court file. Judgement and order was granted on the 7th July 2021, because we launched a rescission application on the 24th February 2021. The current court file indicates the judgement and order being issued, but I have never received it or has the delictual claim been executed. My file keeps going "missing", and the delictual claim being of enormous amount, is simply being delayed for almost 2years now. I am concerned that this order is never going to be executed. As stated in the presence of my nephew, who attended one of the hearings with me. "If we get rid of Ms. Akers, the case goes away". I have repeatedly asked for answers in this regard, but have simply been dismissed with claims of administrative protocol. Which ironically lacked in the case of administrative process delaying a judgement for 2years.
