Johannesburg Maintenance Office being a typical government facility with their awful service.

The service at the Maintenance office at the Department of Justice Johannesburg is very bad. The magistrate issued a court order for the father of my daughter to pay maintenance for my daughter since last year July, till today my daughter is not getting her maintenance she's suposted tto be getting. Her father is a teacher and there's been a back and forthe between the maintenance office and the Department of Education in KZN on how to pay my daughter, when the Department of Education rejected the method of payment the maintenance office went silent, I believe some Mrs De Wee who's in management was to advise further on the DOE's response, she has not said anything since the 17th May and I've heard nothing from her, I send follow up emails and she doesn't even bother to respond which is highly unproffessional and frustrating. For 10 months we've been following and in and out of maintenance court with no luck. Can somebody help me please.
