Expungement

I was wrongly recorded that I was in prison for 5 years and is wrong, I was never arrested. my reckless driving sentence was postponed for 5 years and it happened 17 years ago (2005) while I was 16 year old. due to the record which says I was imprisoned, Department of Justice can not take my expungement application. I went back to the local SAPS and records Clerk (court), they told me that my docket is missing and they can not help me with anything. I'm not able to find work due to this situation and the bad attitude of the local record Clerk at Mhala (Mpumalanga) is not kind.
