documents gone missing

I have to apply to get money when my son needs it from the guardian fund so I app**** and friday the 7th when I contacted her she said the the documents are now at payout so I will receive my sons money soon so on monday when I queried again she said but there's no documents of my son and she will look for it a week has past no feedback nothing now she is getting rude because of their neglegence
