Disrespected

I'm a single mother of two and I'm receiving a maintenance from my childrens father from court. I called them Today (7/72015). The first lady who answered the phone transferred me to IT call center as if I logged a call saying I'm experiencing a problem with my PC. The second one Abigail transferred me to a number where it rings and nobody is picking it up. <br> The service that we are getting from our court is not good at all. They treat us like dirt.<br> All the numbers ***, 1313,1312, 1250,1236) that they gave us just rings no one is picking them otherwise when they pick it they put it down for so many minutes then transfer you to the one that just ring<br> The only thing that I wanted to know is when are they going to transfer the money to the bank
