Department of justice is a huge fail

Good day hello peter I need your assistance I have an aunt who is currently on pension but is yet to recieve her pension payout it's been four month now she is living off our salaries with the little we can spare after having worked for 38 years of service for the government she was divorced **********ly by her late ex husband she is unable to obtain a divorce decree now because she doesn't know where he divorced her we have been from pillar to post with the courts from pretoria to being told we must call Durban archives to cullinan court we have sent emails to the courts in pretoria and even travelled to cullinan where the late ex husband was staying to get any help they did acknowledge yes he divorced her at cullinan however they dont hold records from 2000 upwards they only have for those years the government has canceled her medical aid she is chronic with diabetes she cant get treatment and she is old her lights were switched off on Wednesday we are lost now how is it the department of justice is failing us so badly I will write on every social media platform until they help her I wont loose my aunt 3 months after loosing my mom to their laziness I will fight till the end for her
