Department Of Justice and Constitutional Development EXTREME BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

I am extremely disturbed at the bad service that have received so far at the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development.As it is shown above all i have ever asked for was my father's authority letter or rather the copy there of that i had to pay for and in which i did.I was told that i will receive it in between 7 days and now we are going towards the third week and i have not received anything.I have spoken to Thapelo and he seems to have delegated my matter to a white lady called Hester and i haven't heard anything from her.I even went to the Master's office on Thabo Sehume Street and i had a conversation with one of the people there and his name is Ernest and his service has been extremely flippant and dismissive where he condescendingly dismissed me in saying that the copy of my father's letter of authority is not there.I really do not mind what he said but i mind how he was handling my family's business and being so cavalier and dismissive about it because government employees should be serving the people with dignity and the utmost respect that they all deserve.

The problem here is the fact that my father passed away in 2010 and my mother who is nearly 80 years old and sickly would like to go claim his retirement annuity from Sanlam and that cannot happen if my father's tax number is not activated so that a directive can be sent to them so that they can tax the funds that he put away with Sanlam.As mentioned my mother is old and sickly and would like to get a tombstone for my father before anything happens to her as she is elderly.Now all of this is held up by the EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE that we are afforded by the Department of Justice and that is NOT RIGHT.Maybe if i was white i would get better service and get what is due to my family which is a copy of a letter which we paid for already.This has been extremely extremely disturbing for my family as we hasve went up and down for so long without any resources to try and get this letter.I am really livid because of this,my mother is completely distressed by this.

It is as if we asking the Department for a loan or something.I want this matter sorted out.We are not one of those families that are going wait for a letter or correspondence for 3 years and be content with that.We should all be equal in this land,fairness should be for all and not reserved for some people.This is not right that even in this day and age people are still going through such red tape for such things as if it is the 70's.I want this sorted out urgently as i have indicated to the representatives that i have had interactions with.All people should be considered to be people because it seems as if others are seen as animals and that is not right.I would like to be contacted urgently so that this can be sorted out.
