Deceased estates and *********** Masters staff

Our son died in Nov2022 and I sent all required docs to Master in Jan 2022. After a while I managed to get a reference number. After that nothing happened and we became increasingly distressed. I even sent an open letter to the Minister asking for help as the estate was a simple one. In Oct 2022 I appointed an attorney to assist me. Even he battled with incompetence. In mid Nov 2022 we received the documents. Now we can finalize the estate. These people who claim to be civil servants are insensitive, uncommunicative and inefficient.
