Cut throat Judgement

Cut-throat judgement: I am married for more than 10 yrs. My wife left me for another married man. We bought a house in 2013 and the roof was leaking so most of my time I was working overtime to raise money to fix the house. I have been unfairly judged at the above mentioned court. This case took so long and each time they charge me and leave me in a financial crises. If you go through my bank statement you will realize that I am left with nothing(R354.39). For me this is a cut-throat judgement. I do have extra income of R7200 which I use to pay electricity R2500, water R1500 and school children R1000 transport and school fees.Please assist me in handing over this case to high court in 10 days because I was told that I can only appeal within 10 days. I cannot get access to court because of the corona-virus. I was arrested for not appearing in court and I do not want to sleep in jail again. I am outside chronic patient for Edenvale hospital and this is going to have a negative impact to my health. My wife removed kids from me because I was sick and she is ***ually active and I suffering from diabetes and high blood. I was taking care of my children even before she started working I told her to bring back my children so that I can take care of them. She is working and over spending her salary at the restaurants and hotels.
