Court interdict issued without surname for Thuso the guy in my complex stalking me.

On numerous occasions my apartment was being broken into . I noticed 3 months ago that footprints leading to my bedroom closet on . I installed an ADT alarm system that realized they installed a faulty system after a break in on 1 February 2018. On the 5/2/18 I took out an interdict against the garden and maintenance guy working in our complex named Thuso. His surname is unknown as the body corporate and security at the front gate did not want to give me his information. I was told by the body corporate chair person to leave his staff alone and he yelled rudely on Saturdays call from him. I am to appear in court on the 10/05/18 for the court case but there is no surname for Thuso. There can be plenty Thuso's on our planet. He walks freely in the complex watching me I live in fear with my 5 year old daughter. Today 7/2/18 he is not at work and I am unable to issue him with the interdict.
