Complain

Good day. My mother was summoned to the small claims court by one of the members of her stokvel. The small claims representative was Mr Dlomo from Dahnhauser Magistrate Court. His approach on the matter was ********* and biased as he was rude and made ********* remarks towards my mother. He didn't even want to look at the Constitution of the stokvel and threatened her that she will pay the money with interest. I believe that as a democratic country,all human rights should be exercised and that the defendant side should be heard as well. Abuse of power is not tolerated and all people should be treated equally. She was even admitted to Dahnhauser Hospital to due to high blood pressure which she never had before. This matter should be dealt with urgently because a lot of people complain about his behavior and approach. Looking forward to ur response from any person in the high position.
