Commissioner a no-show

On the 21/06/2018, at Palm-ridge magistrate court(small-claims court), we experienced total disrespect from the judge or Commissioner (Q. Khumalo). He/she decided not to attend and preside over as per scheduled court date. People were very furious as such act undermines the community. The Clerk named S.Mhlongo awaited for the commissioner, and had no idea nor plan on what to do rather than move the seating to the next available date. We waited for him/her until 18:30 and we had to leave as no one could get hold of him/her. Now our case has been postponed to next month. I strongly believe professionalism should exist, especially from public servants, because had this been one of community members not attending...it would seem as total disrespect of the law. I also have a concern as now the date that was provided(postponement date) is not official, it was just given to us without any formality or in writing.
