child maintenance court

i don't know how many times i have been in and out of the Johannesburg family court for child maintenance with no assistance. I have been doing everything i have been told to do and all they keep telling me is that they cannot find the father of my kids to have him subpoenaed. i skip work or arrive late at work to be told the same thing every time, bare in mind that the time i am not at work my salary will have to be deducted, on the only salary i have to support my kids with, of which is already not enough to cover household basics. BUT should the father of my kids had committed a serious crime of bank ******* they would have found him in less than 24 hours with the details they have of him, i mean an ID number can have you easily trace the person down with the sources the court have. but because it is just another kid on the statistics of needing financial support they cannot trace him, mxm. shows how SA has a long way of differentiating that a life matters matters more than the materialistic things they would rather protect with their sources. I have given up on the family court and made peace that out of my R2900 salary i pay R2000 rent, bank charges, R550 transport to work, and grocery for R250 to support my 2 boys, sister and mom. its hard, but ke sizothini!
