Chief Directorate: International legal Relations not doing her job

Mary anne Wilson has not communicated with her counterpart in the UK to sort out my maintance case and organise me a solicitor via the uk goverment. My maintenance order was filed in march 2019 by grant Schneider in humansdorp court. I have been waiting for maintenance for child for 3 years. The court of Scotland has issued a summons for defendant to pay child maintenance Since January 2020, yet mary anne is meant to be speaking to her counter part in the uk named: Van Der Vyver, K to organise me a solicitor via the uk government court.

Why is no one helping with this matter? Mary anne keeps referring it back to Grant whom says he is unable to help.

Mr kriek is Grants superior yet he has not rep**** to my emails? Please advise what i can do?

I also cant get hold of mary anne wilson, (cell number does not exist) and office does not answer
