Bad service

I'm having a problem with the DoJ in Pinetown, I supposed to receive the maintenance after the 25th of of every month so I haven't received for the month of June I tried calling the cash office coz I heard that they are having a problem with the system that was hacked but they said I must call again after 5 minutes I called maybe it took me 30 minutes to get hold of them and still I didn't get an answer they said I must call on the next day they will do a follow-up and I did still they didn't give me an answer only that there is no money and I must live my phone number still they didn't call back even today they didn't call to inform me what is their findings.
