Bad Service

The staff at the expungement office are not knowledgeable about their process I went to clear my ******** record of which I was sentenced in May 2007 and I was told I need to do a NSOR clearance prior to expungement. Mind you the NSOR came into existence in 2009 November 30th and the complainant was not a minor. The expungement email is not attended to as I have tried to communicate with them via mail and they have not responded.
