Bad service

Im here at lenyenye magistrate office since 9H00. All staff at office no 5 are seated having jokes. Not even one attending to us. About 30 minutes waiting for someone to assist inside the office. About 6 staff members not even one assisted us. After such long time one staff member said how do i assist u then i said im looking for authority letter. They said go and wait again outside till 11H30. The service is very poor but what can i do because its our government. Many people are jobless and looking for the same job they are playing with... wat can we do. I hope nothing to do.
