Yet another failled pensioner of an RDP house

I'm really disappointed at Unathi Poswa the project officer for housing region A (Alfred Ndzo, Ivory Park) working at Rabie Ridge offices

Unathi did Injustice to an elderly pensioner by denying her the right to have an RDP house.She refused to take her documents on the 20/11/2020 because her children where above age and told her to resubmit the documents using her grandchildren at Ivory Park ext 2 offices on the 23/11/2020.

There sad part is that she did assist other pensioners whom their children where above the age limit by using only their SASA card to register them for an RDP house.Thats being inconsistent right there because she could have use the same discretion to this pensioner also but she chose to sideline her.

She failed to collect these documents at the office and approved others which RDP houses started to be build for them in December 2020 and this Pensioner didn't get her RDP whiles her neighbors got theirs.She has been staying there for more than 20 years now and lost her RDP because this lady decided not to take her form at Ivory Park ext 2 offices.

On the 5/02/2020 the pensioner went to these offices to inquire why is she's not getting her RDP house and she was referred to Rabie Ridge office and was told the Project Officer( Unathi ) is now working there and she will give her the answers she's looking for.Unathi denied ever talking to this pensioner and claimed she didn't submit her documents.she said she will check with department of housing in Jhb on the 9/02/2020 and will give her feedback since she will be going there.She didn't give feedback on this day and I accompanied the pensioner to these offices on the 10/02/2020 and we where assisted by a gentleman named Ntate Mafika who said Unathi is not arround but called her and Nathi said we must come on the 15/02/2020

I took the pensioner on the 15/02/2020 to see Unathi and she said only 150 houses where budgeted for the year 2020.She will have to complete another form and wait for the 2021 financial year budget then her name will be submitted for people who still need to be built RDP houses.

The pensioner had to complete another form because the first form was no where to be found and at Ivory Part ext 2 offices they say the form where delivered to Unathi's office at Rabie Ridge.

Why do we still have public servants employees who have no regard for the our pensioners.I will continue to assist this pensioner get her RDP going forward because if I dont then who will ? I hope and pray Unathi will do right by her this time around so that this pensioner could be happy just like her neighbors are.
