Unpaid money to Pleasantville Trading 39 cc by the department of human settlements eastern cape

I am the director of Pleasantville Trading 39 cc. We built houses for 14 vulnerable families in Flagstaff an INGQUZA municipality. We finished building in 2015 and the houses were given to the rightful owners whom they residing in the same houses but my company never received not a blue cent. I tried to do the follow up inorder to get the money but up to now I never received any money. I am an unemployed black woman, I lost my husband in the same year, I had to raise my kids with monies I got from friends sometimes. I am doing this just as the warning or the last resort for my problem
