Rdp Waiting List

In 2001 me and my husband app**** for an Rdp, waited until now they keep on telling us that we are on waiting list, I mean we have the C form and we are on database but people who app**** after u already have houses how possible is that, when we go to check for the house they always have same story there are no houses and no land to build houses,first of all most of the Rdp houses are being owned by foreigners.i mean this is ridiculous we have kids who need a stable home.At the moment even if the government can offer us a Stand in Soweto I would appreciate it so that we can build a home for our family.
