RDP HOUSES

Im very disappointed at how the human settlement is operating, My husband app**** for an RDP house in 2001 and even now we are on waiting list. But what I don't understand is that people who app**** in 2006 and 2004 already have ben given RDP houses and the worst part part is that 99% of the people leaving in them is foreigners. I mean 19 years still on waiting list, we have the C Form and we are already on the data base. Please we need help, his Id no is:***089. ***/ ***
