Rdp house application from 1996, up to now they say mom doesn't appear on their system, but people who just app**** recently they have got their houses..

Greetings,, I need hello Peter to help me get to the bottom of this,my mum app**** for an RDP house in 1996 and my late father app****,, up to this far none of my parents application were successful. Every time mom goes to check they tell her that She doesn't appear on the system...can someone check and clarify for me
