Rapid land release programme

I went to check the status of the rapid land release programme the I registered for two years back. I first tried to call them before lockdown and a lady told me she doesn't know anything about that programme they only deal with RDP houses. On the 02 Sep 2020 I went to their offices to check and I was told by the securities that I have to wait for lockdown to be over its really devastating. Even when you check online the is nothing about the land rapid release programme please help me. Thank you
