Poor service delivery at the department of human settlements.

I am terribly disappointed in the service delivery at the department of human settlements. I was told to drop a flisp application in a box in order for my applicantion to be processed.

I dropped the application over a month ago and it has still not been processed. Additionally I have figuratively been playing tennis with their staff as they keep redirecting me to a different person to assist with my query. I emailed this person and have still not received a response.

I was told to phone a particular number as well and the person on the receiving end of the call does not want to assist me either. This is pathetic service delivery. You guys can learn a lot from the private sector.
