Pathetic Service Cape Town Branch Dep of Human Settlements

My Father has been dealing with Ms Brigitte and Ms Jonkers from the Cape Town branch since the year 2017 regarding taking transfer of the house his been living in for 30 years . Up until today no one gave him feedback. They literally ignore my dad's request and don't respond with feedback. They are pathetic and definitely not helping him in this matter even though he has all his supporting documents they refuse to give him information even about his own property. I had no joy dealing with them they are so called for the city that works for you. I beg to differ on that slogan.
