help me find closure for me and my Dads RDP applications at Alberton housing

Greetings Hello Peter, can you please kindly help me find a closure nhe. My name is Nomalungisa Xaba,My late father Shakespeare Xaba app**** for an RDP house twice,,I will recall the year 1996,apparently the people He app**** with got their houses. So My Mom went to alberton in 2010 with his death certificate to check if the house was out or if there was any progress they said he doesn't appear in their system so my Mom should re apply instead so she did,,To our surprise today she went back again to check if her house is out or if there's a progress again,, she was told that she doesn't appear in their system AGAIN ,she must re-apply, so she did,, she was told that the system was down so they were operating manually, so they promised that she will get sms notification once they back online.. so now I am writing this with a concern that how long will she wait again,, and how will we know that she is captured in their system,, and again who should we blame for them not appearing on the system? Cause we the one's who are affected by all that,, My mum is not working,, I'm also not working on a Job that is paying me well. It's like I'm working for rent,, and it's here dream that one day she will own a house, she was very positive when she went there today and now she's been turned down ,how do we resolve this???? Do you guy's delete someone's particulars once that person passes away? What could be the reason that my father doesn't appear? And what could be the reason that My Mom didn't appear also on the system whereas she is alive.... I really want closure,, this is heartbreaking for us... Thanks
