FLISP Housing Subsidy

Good day, I have submitted my Application for a FLISP Subsidy in July 2020. Without any feedback ive done a fellow up on my Application in Oct 2020. I was told and email was send to me that my Appliaction was Approved on 08 Oct 2020. I asked what the next step is they advise that i should contact them after 30days. For the past two weeks im trying to get Feedback but No One can assist me. Im calling and sending emails everyday but I dont get any assistance. Very Poor Services
